I was on my way home from working out when Chris told me over the phone. I think Chris felt really bad that I'd missed Logan's steps. Honestly, I was fine. As a stay-at-home mom, I've been blessed to witness all the big milestones with both kids. So my missing one wasn't so bad.
The funny thing about Logan's first steps is that he was in a bad mood when he took them. I guess he was upset that Chris was holding a toy over his head (he trying to encourage Logan to walk). Chris said he would have grabbed the video camera, but didn't think we'd want to see a fussy kid on tape :)
So Logan is walking just before his 1st birthday. And my life just became a little more hectic!
