Today was one Halloween-filled day. We finally made it out to Scholz Farm down in Orting to pick out pumpkins. The boys had the greatest time running all over the field, checking out all the farm animals, and going through the corn maze. Owen and Logan picked out big pumpkins (of course) and Chris and I picked out smaller ones. We had a lot of fun. This afternoon we dressed our little fishing buddies up
in their costumes and headed into downtown Puyallup for some trick-or-treating. The businesses hand out candy every year and we've been making it a tradition to go. The weather was nice and the boys each scored a bucket of candy. And they received many compliments on their outfits. And this evening we went on a hayride through our neighborhood. One of my favorite
things about being on the HOA board is planning fun things to do, and this year I planned a hayride. We had a flatbed trailer filled with hay and decorated with lights, and I had big bags of candy for all the kids. We had over 70 people show up and everyone had tons of fun. Owen and Logan thought it was so cool to ride around at night and look at all the neighbors' decorations.Lots of excitement for one day! We're all tired :)
