Logan is saying some words, but definitely not enough to hold any type of a conversation. Owen wants so badly to chat with Logan, so he's resorted to the one-sided conversation:
Owen: What's your name, baby? Oh, your name is Owen? No, that's silly! Oh, your name is Logan? How old are you, Logan? You're 10? Oh, you're only 1?
It's so cute. One of these days Logan will knock Owen's socks off when he actually answers :)
