The Pierce County Fair happens every year in August. It's a nice warm-up for the Puyallup, which is next month. We're lucky to live about 3 minutes from Frontier Park where the fair is held and took the boys on Thursday.
None of our friends could go with us, so Owen went on rides by himself. He didn't seem to care and still had lots of fun. He went on the swings, motorcycles, airplanes, alligators, hot air balloons and the roller coaster. He has a lot of fun but he always looks so serious when he's on the rides.
When he was on the motorcycles, he kept yelling "wheeeeeeee!" over and over. Chris and I were laughing so hard!
We didn't really walk around any of the animal barns. Owen was
really just interested in rides and Logan of course didn't have an opinion either way. At one point he did wiggle away from us and run toward the alligator ride. He'll be big enough next year.
We stayed for a couple hours and went home. The weather was perfect and the fair wasn't crowded at all. We had lots of fun!
