Our boys were starting to outgrow their wading pool. We were seriously talking about buying one of the bigger above-ground pools that everyone has these days, but didn't really want to put it on the grass. So we bought the inflatable rectangular one, and it's seriously been the greatest purchase of all time. We've had the pool for almost a week now, and the boys have been in it for several hours a day. Owen has been taking naps again because he's burning so much energy swimming, and he's even asking to go to bed early at night(!).
One very nice perk: the pool is big enough for adults too. Chris and I may or may not have spent some time playing around with the kids in there :)
We're having so much fun that we might have to re-think the big pool.
